Early bird registration rates for the ATS 2025 International Conference are available through Thursday, March 13! From May 16-21 in San Francisco, the premier respiratory health conference will feature the latest scientific and clinical developments in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine, providing an ideal environment for professionals to collaborate, network, or reconnect with colleagues from around the world to advance care or research.

Late advance registration rates are available from Friday, March 14–Thursday, May 15. Starting Friday, May 16, only on-site registration packages and rates will be available.

ATS members save significantly on their registration fees compared to non-members. Non-members planning to attend ATS 2025 are encouraged to consider joining the Society to take advantage of these savings, along with the multitudinous perks of belonging to the world’s leading medical society dedicated to accelerating the advancement of global respiratory health.

Lower rates are available for in-training members and non-members. Additionally, ATS members from Low-Middle-Income Countries (LMIC) are eligible for a discount on general registration, postgraduate courses, Meet the Expert opportunities, and medical education seminars.

Attendees who take advantage of early registration for ATS 2025 will also ensure they receive a hotel room with one of the ATS-approved hotels. In addition to the convenient placements near the Moscone Center, the ATS has worked with these hotels to guarantee the lowest rates possible for attendees. Registrants must enroll for the conference before booking an affiliated hotel room. Those who register on the ATS conference website will be directed to book their lodging as soon as their registration is confirmed. While registrants must provide credit card information when reservations are made, a deposit will not be drawn until the week before the conference.

The ATS and Maritz Global Events have also collaborated with FHTglobal to provide travel packages designed for international groups. Basic packages include a hotel room and breakfast, but guests may choose from additional package enhancements and a la carte offerings to fit their budget and needs. Group packages for hotel rooms only are also available.

International groups and exhibitors interested in booking a block of hotel rooms must submit their rooming request on the website by Thursday, March 13. After this date, $350 will be charged for each canceled room reservation.
