The annual Patients & Experts Forum will be held on Saturday, May 17, at the InterContinental Hotel in San Francisco. The patient and family education event is free to attend at ATS 2025 San Francisco. This year’s theme is “Personalized Medicine in Pulmonary Care – What it Means to be the Patient.”

The International Participants Center unites international and U.S.-based attendees who share a vested interest in global health. The IPC will be open Sunday, May 18, through Tuesday, May 20, in Hall D of the Moscone Center.

The ATS is one of seven health specialty societies to be awarded a grant from the Council of Medical Specialty Societies and CDC to increase national vaccination rates among high-risk adult patients. ATS 2025 San Francisco will feature numerous educational opportunities that explore strategies to further this initiative to improve patient health.

In 2024, the Society was able to purchase over 2,000 renewable energy credits thanks to conference attendees.

The 14 Assemblies of the ATS will hold membership meetings in San Francisco on Sunday, May 18, and Monday, May 19, during the International Conference. All meetings will take place in the Moscone West Building.
