Uniting small businesses and start-ups with the venture capital and business development communities, this event is designed to accelerate innovation by facilitating new partnerships between talented researchers and philanthropic investors interested in improving treatments for thoracic diseases.
The Annual ATS Research Program Benefit is the largest networking event at the ATS 2023 International Conference and an excellent way to directly support young investigators in thoracic medicine.
The ATS advocates for its members—and the patients they serve—on all levels of the federal government, and with the International Conference in Washington, DC, this year, attendees can anticipate an array of unique programming centered around important advocacy issues.
Horace Delisser, MD, an academic leader in both medicine and diversity, equity, and inclusion, will bring his experience to the ATS 2023 International Conference as the featured speaker at the ATS Diversity Forum. The annual forum focuses on diversity within the fields of pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine and research.
Refiloe Masekela, MD, and Margareth Pretti Dalcolmo, MD, PhD, will share their experiences and insights at the Women’s Forum, which recognizes the achievements and supports the advancement of women in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine and research.
The new ATS Networking Super Center is open to all ATS 2023 attendees and provides a centralized location for International Conference participants to collaborate and connect, learn about ATS programs and member resources, and engage in specialized programming.
More than 200 organizations will gather in the ATS 2023 Exhibit Hall to showcase the latest advancements and discoveries in respiratory science, patient care, and global public health. The Exhibit Hall will also feature special educational programming, a headshot lounge, and a coffee station.
The ATS will adhere to all guidelines defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the city of Washington, DC, and local facilities’ best practices to ensure the health and safety of conference attendees.
The ATS Networking Super Center is open to all conference attendees and will be the central location for professionals to collaborate, learn, and connect at the ATS International Conference.
Applications are open for several special courses to meet the unique needs of students and young professionals during the International Conference. Registration is also open to respiratory professionals at all career stages for the Respiratory Innovation Summit and Research Program Benefit.
