This year’s Exhibit Hall will gather more than 200 organizations at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC, showcasing the latest advancements and discoveries in respiratory science, patient care, and global public health.

“It’s a great place to build visibility for companies, especially the smaller ones,” said ATS CEO Karen J. Collishaw, MPP, CAE. “With over 11,000 professionals gathered in one place, it’s an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to have one-on-one conversations, answer questions, and inform clinicians and researchers about their latest offerings.”

The deadline to sign up to exhibit is April 15. Exhibitors can reserve their space or find additional information on the ATS website.

Exhibit Hall hours are scheduled for:

  • Sunday, May 21 — 10:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
  • Monday, May 22 — 10:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, May 23 — 10:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

In addition to exhibitors’ booths, the showroom floor will feature several unique offerings for conference attendees. Four industry program theaters will offer continuing medical education sessions ranging from 20–60 minutes.

“The industry program theater sessions are a great way to efficiently learn more about breakthroughs in research, education, and technology,” Ms. Collishaw said. “With Q&A periods offered after each presentation, they allow for ample interaction with speakers.”

A headshot lounge will also be located inside the Exhibit Hall. Attendees can have updated portraits taken free of charge. Photos will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis, with no prior sign-up required.

The Exhibit Hall also offers several opportunities for attendees to relax. In the Bark Yard, therapy dogs will be waiting to interact with International Conference attendees. A coffee and connections lounge will provide free coffee and an excellent place to network with old and new colleagues.

Adjacent to the Exhibit Hall, the media center is a dedicated space where exhibitors and non-exhibitors can host press conferences, answer questions from attending media, and promote their latest products and services.
